Plumbing Service Technician
Assisting our clients with expert servicing of the customer’s plumbing system. Team members must be comfortable communicating with customers.
Examples of plumbing duties in the field are:
- Dishwasher installations
- Leaks under sinks
- Water Heater replacement and element
- Faucet installations and repairing leaks
- Unclogging sinks, pipes, tubs, commodes, etc.
- Re-setting commodes and troubleshooting
- Occasionally work on well pumps and water softener systems * Customer Service – capable of demonstrating superior customer service and offering comprehensive service explanations to the customer.
- Integrity – Making honest and necessary repair recommendations in line with our Pricing Guide based on a thorough inspection of the customer’s issue.
- Data Integrity – Recording the current status of critical plumbing equipment on each work order for internal use.
- Company equipment – Keeping company-issued vehicles and equipment clean and branded in the community.
- Maintaining a high standard of professionalism and cleanliness in the customer’s home. Wearing floor savers and keeping a neat working area when performing a service is required.
- Verifying the completion of work before leaving the customer’s home.
- Safety conscious both on the job and while operating company vehicles.
- Sharing our Club Membership program with clients.
- Adhere to the Company Code of Ethics and Team Rules.
Required experience:
- 1-3 years of relatable experience
- Valid Driver’s license
- Knowledge of plumbing code and capable of performing the duties of the role independently.
