Summary
As a Residential Service Plumber, you will diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems in residential properties. Your expertise will help ensure that our clients enjoy efficient and reliable plumbing services.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and broken fixtures.
- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, including water heaters, faucets, toilets, and piping.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on plumbing systems.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain plumbing problems and proposed solutions.
- Provide accurate estimates for repairs and services.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members and assist in training apprentices, as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience as a residential plumbing technician
- Thorough knowledge of plumbing, methods, practices, tools, and equipment
- Organizational skills to process required paperwork
- Strong team building and leadership skills
