Summary: The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing residential HVAC systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and reliably.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance on residential HVAC systems, including cleaning, inspecting and tuning equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
- Install new HVAC systems, including air conditioners, furnaces, and heat pumps in residential homes
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems
- Provide accurate repair quotes to customers
- Interact professionally with customers and offer system upgrades or repairs as needed
- Maintain accurate records of service performed utilizing Service Titan, including parts used, labor hours and service reports
- Complete and submit service reports and work orders in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as an HVAC Technician
- Thorough knowledge of HVAC troubleshooting, methods, practices, tools, and equipment
- Organizational skills to process required paperwork
- Strong team building and leadership skills
