Chris was good and thorough in determining the right Trane unit for us and collecting all the details needed for a smooth install. Randall, Nate, Ray, and Matt were involved in the install, which went smoothly and finished earlier that I expected. We recently replaced our gas furnace and AC unit. We had Brubaker replace it with a new Trane system. Katey, who was our sales representative was wonderful and full of knowledge. She came out to the house, gave an estimate, explained the process, and answered all questions. She was in and out with no pressure! She communicated everything so clearly from start to finish. If anything was needed, Katey was on it immediately.

The installers also did a great job. They worked very efficiently and got the job done in one day. Joel and crew did a fantastic job! A real pleasure to do business with.
