Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, servicing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential settings.

Responsibilities

Install HVAC systems including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, ductwork, and other related components in residential homes.
Ensure installations are done according to manufacturer specifications, local codes, and safety standards.
Perform system start-ups and testing to ensure the proper functionality of equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve installation-related issues during and after the installation process.
Communicate effectively with customers to explain system operations, maintenance needs, and provide recommendations.
Collaborate with team members to complete installations in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintain accurate records of all installations, repairs, and maintenance services provided.
Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored.
Provide high-quality customer service, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
