Summary: The ideal candidate has a strong background in diagnosing, servicing, and repairing commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires technical expertise, professionalism, and the ability to work independently while delivering exceptional service to our customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units, split systems, chillers, boilers, VAV systems, and building automation controls.
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC equipment.
- Conduct system performance tests, calibrations, and adjustments to ensure optimal operation.
- Provide accurate service reports, documentation, and recommendations for repairs or replacements.
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding service findings, repair options, and system performance.
- Adhere to company safety protocols, industry standards, and local/state mechanical codes.
- Maintain company tools, vehicle, and equipment in clean and working condition
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as an HVAC Technician
- Thorough knowledge of HVAC troubleshooting, methods, practices, tools, and equipment
- Organizational skills to process required paperwork
- Strong team building and leadership skills
