What does the protection plan cover?

Our protection plans cover annual safety inspections of your home’s systems (HVAC, plumbing, and/or electrical depending on the plan), priority scheduling including same-day and next-day appointments, significant discounts on repairs and new installations, and exclusive savings opportunities.

Can I transfer my protection plan if I sell my home?

The Electrical Protection Plan includes a Home Value Booster that is transferable. For other plans, please contact us to discuss transfer options.

Are diagnostic fees included?

With the Whole Home Protection Plan, diagnostic fees are waived during normal business hours. HVAC-only plans include a reduced $19.95 diagnostic charge (after-hours diagnostic fee is $89).

How do I schedule my annual inspection?

As a protection plan member, you enjoy priority scheduling. Simply call us or book online and let us know you’re a protection plan member. We offer same-day and next-day appointments for our members.
