Replaced expansion tank for hot water. quick and easy. Tech was very friendly and informative.

Replaced our old hot water tank (which was located in the attic and had started leaking!) with a new tankless hot water system. The options for replacement and the costs were clearly explained right up front. The install was scheduled and completed quickly. The install technicians were neat and professional and clearly took pride in their workmanship. Had Don Smith come over to discuss sewer lateral drainage issue and possible need for replacement. We discussed what another company was recommending and decided on a plan to clean the lateral out to the street. After the line was flushed no clogging was evident and he concluded that the lateral did not need to be replaced. His knowledge saved me from spending $$$ on an unnecessary lateral replacement.

This is the second time we used Brubaker for their HVAC maintenance service. Our technician, Alex, was very thorough and professional. My wife also appreciated that Alex wore protective booties. He recommended a surge protector for our furnace. I was not aware that a surge protector is important to have on your furnace.

I also enrolled in their HVAC protection plan. I will request Alex for our spring maintenance.

Abbie did a great job. I had just had surgery a few days previous and she had to come to my room to ask me questions. She was professional, kind, and checked in about decisions. She also wasn't pushy about upgrades and sales but just gave me the info to review when I was healed.

We recently replaced our gas furnace and AC unit. We had Brubaker replace it with a new Trane system. Katey, who was our sales representative was wonderful and full of knowledge. She came out to the house, gave an estimate, explained the process, and answered all questions. She was in and out with no pressure! She communicated everything so clearly from start to finish. If anything was needed, Katey was on it immediately.

The installers also did a great job. They worked very efficiently and got the job done in one day. Joel and crew did a fantastic job! A real pleasure to do business with.

Thank you to the great team of people who provided for our pleasant experience getting a new Trane heat pump installed. Chris was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the equipment and installation. He was more than a salesman. He constantly checked through the entire process to be sure they met our expectations. Highly skilled techs Randol and Nate, the primary installers worked with expertise for two days in the bitter cold. Eon came and helped with the very heavy lifting and other work too. At my request, Jared came 3 days after the install to check settings and add a sensor to the system. Everyone was so friendly and answered my many questions. I am very pleased to have chosen Brubaker. This is a first class operation. Even the office workers kept me informed of scheduling and the techs arrival times. Chris was good and thorough in determining the right Trane unit for us and collecting all the details needed for a smooth install. Randall, Nate, Ray, and Matt were involved in the install, which went smoothly and finished earlier that I expected. The communications from Chris and Randall were great so we knew exactly when things were going to happen. Very professional – and they left our house and property nice and clean.

Jared Fry responded swiftly to our emergency, in under 15 minutes. He quickly diagnosed the issue, a faulty inducer, and was able to order the part and have it fixed the next day. Jared was very polite and went above and beyond in explaining what went bad, how it worked, and how he was able to install the new part. What a very knowledgeable and helpful young man! The best HVAC tech I’ve dealt with.
