White House Chef John Moeller wows the group at Brubaker Inc.
Wednesday night, March 13th featured the return of White House Chef John Moeller to the Brubaker Inc. Performance Kitchen.
A gathering of 15 people were on hand to experience the sights, sounds, and tastes of a sumptuous meal prepared by Chef Moeller and his assistant. The menu consisted of a fresh cream of mushroom soup topped with tarragon, chicken demi glace with an out-of-this-world scalloped potato recipe, fresh green beans and shredded carrots, and dark chocolate mousse with raspberries rolled in a sheet sponge cake for dessert. There were rave reviews all around about how moist and tender the chicken was. Every portion of the meal was marvelous in both taste and freshness.
The group also marveled at the skill and ease that Chef Moeller exhibited, seamlessly transitioning from one task to another, all the while telling stories and giving cooking tips as the meal was being created.
At the end, people left exhilarated over the event, the food, and the fabulous Brubaker Inc. Showroom. Chef Moeller also expressed his considerable pleasure with having the opportunity to use the Brubaker Inc. Performance Kitchen again.
Chef Moeller will be back again Wednesday April 10th and Wednesday June 12th, 2013 at the Brubaker Inc. Performance Kitchen. Later this year watch for his new book that he will be releasing, highlighting his experiences in years in the White House Kitchen.
