Healthy Appetizers with Steph

Prepping the Cucumber CutiesBrubaker Inc. was pleased to once again host Steph Baughman of Free 2 B Me in the Performance Kitchen Tuesday evening, May 5th. She shared how to make healthful and tasty appetizers.

Friendly, knowledgeable, and outgoing, Steph is always a hit with the group as she shares fun to make (and to eat!) recipes along with her ready smile, mixed with a dollop of personal anecdotes, plenty of nutritional information tidbits and plenty of encouragement to the group that they can eat both healthily and affordably.

Evening appetizer menuThe evening’s menu consisted of cauliflower pizza appetizers with roasted vegetables and what are known as ‘cucumber cuties with Emeril’s Essence’.  There were admittedly one or two skeptics who weren’t sure about a pizza crust made with cauliflower.  Steph said “…if I didn’t tell you it was cauliflower, you would never know it.”

She was right!
