Cooking a Healthy and Fabulous Thanksgiving Meal with Steph
Thursday night November 6th in our Performance Kitchen we were pleased to host Steph Baughman for one of her healthy cooking classes. On this particular evening we learned about cooking a healthy and fabulous Thanksgiving meal.
And fabulous it was! Fileted turkey breast with quinoa stuffing, caramel buttered squash, and a cranberry relish reduction were on the menu for the evening. The aromas and colors were absolutely mouthwatering!
