Building Relationships
The Second World War was over. When I. Wayne Brubaker started our business, the original areas of service were plumbing, heating, and rainwater spouting. As the business grew, so did the market in the Lancaster area for quality and dependable appliances. He recognized this need to help young families get their start, and in the early 1950′s our first Appliance Showroom was built. With a new store and gathering place built, he offered the finest and most innovative appliances available, the full line of products built by the originator of the household refrigerator: Frigidaire.

Wayne made sure that every customer was treated like a part of his family. A refrigerator or laundry washer is a major purchase. For many young families, after a home or an automobile, this is one of the largest purchases one could make. He made sure that each customer was comfortable and had the information they needed before they made a purchasing decision.
